iBook is an on-line booking engine designed specifically for accepting bookings for various leisure activities, events, shows, sports activities etc. These activities may be regularly scheduled activities or one-off activities. iBook engine allows you to define different events, venues, venue capacities and schedules. An editable calendar is created to display availability and can be managed by the system administrator to alter available dates, times and capacities. Pricing can be fixed on the basis of age groups and special prices can be given to tour operators. Ancillary services with prices can also be defined. A Transport Management module allows to schedule pick-up/drop for guests from specific locations.
