The company in its current avatar builds on a history of 35+ years in the Middle East, with a time tested and proven set of products and a loyal customer base.

Paresh Sampat
Paresh Sampat is a key member of our team and an accomplished finance and business management professional. With over 30 years of experience in the software development and implementation, Paresh brings a wealth of expertise to our organization. Paresh began his career in India and Oman before joining Fayafi Infomatic, where he has since completed several major software development and implementation projects in Oman. His domain knowledge includes Investment Management, Realty, Construction Management, Travel Agency, and Educational Management. Paresh has dual responsibilities as Head of Operations in Oman and as a Software Architect in some of the domains. His extensive knowledge and experience in these areas make him an invaluable asset to our organization. As a member of our team, Paresh continues to drive our success through his strong leadership and strategic vision. We are proud to have him on our team and look forward to working with him as we continue to deliver exceptional products and services to our clients.
Udayan Gaidhani
Introducing Udayan Gaidhani, our Chief Executive Officer, and founding member of our organization. Udayan is an accomplished engineering and management graduate from BITS, Pilani & IIM Bangalore, two of India’s leading educational institutions, with over 40 years of rich and diverse experience in various fields such as hospitality, manufacturing, trading, construction, financial systems, and more.
Since his debut in 1981, Udayan has been at the forefront of software development and consulting organizations in India, Oman, and UAE. He has led these organizations to develop and distribute process-oriented, integrated systems that have transformed businesses across multiple industries.
Udayan’s vision and expertise for creating value for all stakeholders led him to found our organization. As our CEO, he leads the management team and is responsible for product design and development, administration, and investor relations. With Udayan at the helm, we are confident in our ability to deliver innovative and impactful solutions that meet the needs of our clients and partners.
Anil Mathew
Anil Mathew is our Chief Operating Officer and a key member of our management team. Anil is a hospitality industry expert, having graduated from the National Council for Hotel Management – one of India’s premier hospitality schools. With a passion for technology, Anil transitioned to the software solutions industry, where he worked as the Director of Support for a leading company. In this role, he managed implementation and support activities across 15 countries, gaining extensive experience in installing and supporting hundreds of customers in the hospitality software industry. As our Chief Operating Officer, Anil leads the operations of our company, leveraging his extensive experience in the industry to ensure that we deliver exceptional products and services to our customers. With his leadership, we are able to provide the highest level of support and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. We are proud to have Anil on our team, and we look forward to continuing to work with him as we grow and expand our operations.
